The Golden Vision

We have such good centre backs

Always rated Distin above Lescott

Heitinga and Jags will be looking to impress. Hopefully they work well together as a pair.

We will miss Distin though shame he is a year or two from the end. His height, pace and left foot really gives us assurances that baines is covered well and that we wont be bullied by tall target men.

Yeah that was class. Agree with Merson when he said a shift in the balance of power will only begin to occur if we can knock them out the cup. Thompson couldn't even say we would win, he just muttered 'home win'. Also we won performance of the week for the Sunderland game, decent little Moyes interview as well.

Good point Derek. Never thought about that.

If not his childish mistake we wouldn't have won at the Hawthorns.

If not for him we'd have won 3 or 4 games in the past

It really irks me that he gets on the bench ahead of Vellios and Barkley.
Dignity does not consist in possessing honours, but in deserving them
