Why do they always seem to have the final day of the season on a Sunday now?

They're not licensed to show games live on TV at 3pm in the UK.

But all the games are being played at the same time. What difference does it make?

It's to protect attendance at games in lower leagues (not that there are many other fixtures this time of year).

At least all the teams finish together. Was strange when they used to have odd final games left over in midweek.
