I think Cahill/Billy need to fire, and arteta just needs to be there for some creativity.
Recently we only seem to step up against quality oppposition, and after recent years i count Villa as a game we step up for.

I think:
--------------------------------------------Howard--------------------------------------------------
Neville---------------Jagielka--------------------------Distin-------------------------Baines
--------------------------------------------Heitinga---------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------Arteta----------------------------------------------
----Bilyaletdinov-------------------------------Cahill---------------------------------Pienaar-
-------------------------------------------Yakubu----------------------------------------------------
1 - 3 as long as we dont concede early and villa park the bus.
Billy, cahill, yak, and young

Last chance saloon, loss or a draw is not good enough, Europe is in the balance.

But what happens if Villa beat Chelsea and get to the FA Cup final before they play us? Will they take the last Europa spot anyway, leaving the game from our perspective meaningless?

Villa 2-0. Young to expose the Left flank running at Neville with no challenge from Bilya.

It is time Cahill comes off the bench. Play 2 up front for a change and have a go at them

2-0 to the toffees, have a feeling we might just see a good response after our last 2 results. Yak and Cahill with goals

Any sort of a win will do. As for Europe, it's gone.

I don't agree. I think we've made it harder for ourselves wit dropping points in our last two results, but if we can win at Villa we're only a point behind.

Granted, we'd still be relying on us not dropping too many points and them imploding, but thats normal for them.

I firmly believe Europe is still a possibility, but we need to win at Villa first.

It would be typical of this season if we followed up 2 'poor' results with a win against Villa,

Playing against the better sides has tended to bring out the best in us. That's what I'm hoping for anyway. 1-2

Don't care who scores, and not worried about Europe. One game at a time, and see what we're left with. :)

Don't worry yourself into an early grave...it will happen soon enough.

No it hasn't, if you stand in Dover you can see it on the otherside of the English Channel.

I'd like to see Heitinga back in Defence. Good to see Arteta to return if true. Think it will be a great game think it will be 2-1 Cahill and Yakubu and Carew for them.
