maybe Fast lane can help me out with this, but whats going on with them? why are they so far off the pace?

I see they have made plans for a new 100,000 seater stadium, although the chairman wants 130,000!!

Are they gonna come back soon? How can FC Twente win the league, and a super club like Feyer perform shite?

Feyenoord are doing well this season compared ta the last few years..
They have a new coach in Mario Been, and that has done them well.

They have the same problem as we do: No money..
Years of poor managament have lead to this, debts are all they have, plus the largest (and fanatical) fan base.
There are plans for a new stadium, but with no money, this is going to be difficult to realise.
Rotterdam is a city with money though, but none of the harbour barons have been willing to invest significantly.

Why FC Twente are doing well is that they are a well lead club, with a good coach, and a good scouting apparatus.
They take one step at a time, but only in the right direction.

They are by no means the champions yet though.
Lucky Ajax have the easier fixtures, and were fortunate to win in injury time yesterday.
