Not a bad half. We have produced some good chances but as always we need to work on our finishing.

Been mainly poor in the final third and not really looked like scoring till the last 5 minutes. The final delivery has been shocking and what's happened to Pienaar, been woeful recently.

Didn't like the look of Mirallas holding his hamstring towards the end there.

Tottenham just pass and go nowhere.

Went over quite quickly that half I thought, maybe we've edged it.

Saw that too... Has me a bit worried. Wouldn't be shocked to see him come off at the half.

First penalty shout was correctly called, hit Dempsey's shoulder/upper chest. Doesn't matter what position your arms in- it hit his torso.

Second shout- It doesn't matter that Gallas was trying to move his hand away, he blocked the ball. Atrocious call.

Jelavic is looking sharper- pity all our chances are falling to those whose shooting is not up to scratch of late.

Distin our best defender for me, coleman our best attacker- although he's defended well too.

If we maintain that level of performance then we can win this.  We're playing some quality stuff at times, and unusually so far we've been getting much more joy down the right than the left.

They're always going to be a danger though so we can't afford any mistakes at the back.

It's a quality game of football to be fair.

Quite a good half, deserve to be winning this, we are defending well which is good to see and coleman and mirallas are playing great down that right side.
