He'd go for Hitz though surely?

As has been said we could have played Heitinga there before but have gone for Hitz.

Although if we wanted a bit more nous in terms of defending set pieces there would be some logic for Heitinga.

Yep, with his great ability in the air

Sorry couldent resist

Haha; I know what you mean though.

He wouldn't add anything in terms of height but you'd assume he's better at blocking off runners than Hitz and Barkley would be.

Probably, but I hope Moyes is past the stage of playing players for their ability in set pieces

Is Anichebe fit again? I keep hearing all these Anichebe shouts, but I've heard nothing about his fitness. Surely he wouldn't be fit enough to start a game anyway? He's rarely fit to start a game even when he is fit!

Its not what I would do, I can just see Moyes throwing him in IF he is fit

Would be nice to have him fit.

We need something different off the bench as we don't have much there at the moment.

Ha Ha. Vic has been out so long some people are getting nostalgic about him. Here's the juice. He's shite and has not been missed. All it will take is for him to start a match for people to remember this fact

Normally I'd see no argument but WHam are set piece specialists.

Without Felli we're even smaller than we normally are; therefore adding some extra defensive ability could well be a consideration.

I'd prefer to go with Barkley or Hitz but I could see the logic if it was Heitinga.

I agree.

Regardless of people's opinions of him it's blatantly obvious that we've missed players who Moyes trusts to bring on in games.
