We should smash these. Nice confidence booster before Wigan. Little worried Wigan will beat Liverpool and be full of confidence against us.

These are fucking shit, so are we in games like this. 1-1

Sums up the season a bit. Struggle to lift ourselves when there isn't a "big" team coming to Goodison. It's almost as if we let ourselves play to the level of the opposition sometimes.

It's funny, but around October/November there were a lot of us convinced that we were on the verge of tonking somebody by about 4 or 5 goals because we were playing well but not getting the breaks. Not any longer. Just looking at the stats for the Reading away match we had 63% possession in the first half! Even Manure couldn't manage that, but we still lost.

I know what you mean, if we were able to make the most of our possession then we certainly should've been 4-0 up or more. The unfortunate thing is we never really got close to that in actuality.

Now we aren't dominating like those early games and still can't seemingly score more than 1 or 2 a game in the PL.

A real shame, what a difference a regular goal scorer would have made this season.

We should do a Swansea and drop 8 players so everyone is fresh after our big cup game.

Mumbles that Jan Mucha might be in goal for Everton tomorrow, Reading are 8/1, suddenly looks appealing! http://www.skybet.com/football/premier-league/event/14932705?&btag=a_10100b_6c_

Howard did take quite a heavy knock toward the end of the Oldham game.

Howard always wants to play. Unless his leg is about to drop off I expect to see him out there tomorrow.

Mucha has never made a PL or FA cup appearance, his only appearances for us have been in the League Cup.
