Listening to TalkSport before and they had a Liverpool fan on (Thick welsh accent! thought they all supported us?) and he reckoned 4-0 Suarez Hattrick. Most of them went for Liverpool win or draw.

Seems everybody is writing us off because they've been brilliant and we are unconvincing as shown by that monstrous 3 point gap.

Oblivious to the fact that it could work the other way.

Also there's no way that they'd think they'd win 0-4 at Spurs, for example.

I'm not really sure why people are nervous, I know it's a derby but barring them absolutely twatting us we can't really lose in the long run.

Um, no.

Any loss short term, long term, enternity term and we've still lost.

To get there on time, you'll certainly need to fLee.

It's a long shot that's for sure.

I heard that, I was more pissed off with H & J basically saying we've been shite bar a couple of matches and they're not impressed with us. Wouldn't we go third if we best these? Shite indeed.

2nd with a 4-0 win.

We are well overdue a thrashing of them. I've never seen us win 4-0 against them.

1964 I think was the last time.

The AJ game is the only 3 goal margin in that time too.

What I basically meant was that we had a shit record against them under Moyes anyway so as long as Martinez doesn't lose 4-0 then were likely to have a better record against them in the future.

I dare say we've been thinking like that since about 1970!

I meant wrong as in we've hardly thrashed them, not as in factual terms. Poor choice of word, should have used sad.

Yeah I know - I was providing more tales of woe!

Either way I'm sure people must always be confused how we compete with them - or more probably why they're so poor.

Decent first match to attend :) felt a bit robbed and our defending fron set pieces was abysmal but not sure I could ask for much more for my first match at Goodison Park.

Aside from the last minute equaliser it would have pretty much been an un-matched experience.

Not often we come from behind against them - no idea when we last won 3-2 either!
