What on earth has happened to poor old Johnny's career?

Just another step on his epic journey to fulfill his destiny and play for a "big club."

"Andy Hunter is our man on the Beatles beat and here's what he's been typing this morning. "Everton manager Roberto Martinez will move for a defensive midfielder today..."

Let's hope it's not the return of Segundo.

Isnt it painfully obvious we need another striker? One that we actually own?

It's much more exciting to just borrow them.

Lescott isn't coming. People putting 2+2 together and getting 85.

Be nice if all we needed was Joleon Lescott back to get the team to the level of '85.

She's saving it for the summer window deadline day.

Not obligatory to have the name - one less thing to forget the next day.

The next day?

Unless Natalie sawyer can do a job in midfield I don't give a shit.

She had a job in her upper midfield.

cheating, racist, diving, biting, but scores shedloads

no chance of him coming in on loan

I'll settle for him going out on deportation.

Mark Hughes ate the baby earlier.

If Hughes throws up the baby, Fulham will pay 3m for it.

I agree if we had started off crap, we haven't we been bloody brilliant and with a stronger squad we could match anyone. What happened at Anfield a few nights ago is why we needed a few more bodies. half fit players just don't cut it in this league.

I am not saying we doomed but 4th will be very tough from here.

You've obviously not been touched by the Martinez Magic, mate. He's turned a window in which we netted a decent bit of money with precious little to show for it coming in to fill suddenly gaping holes, not to mention a late run for the CL spot that's within 4 pts. And transformed it into praise and optimism for the future.

Just be dazzled and optimistic. You'll feel much better.

Had to laugh at the Stoke fans - they all look like extras from Village of the Damned

In a larger sense, that's about what they are.
Everton forever.
