Didnít he have a stormer for Barca last season?!

Sky said he played 47 times or something.

Seems a bit of a strange move, although the move to Barca seemed a bit strange in the first place. Can't think that it would be anything underhand, Barca are as honest as anyone.

Even from a commercial point of view that Ronaldo deal is bonkers. He's in great shape but even he's going to start dropping off.

Great deal for Real though, got more than they paid for him for a player who in reality should be worth relatively little given his age.

I reckon they've probably done their sums.

They probably have but from a physical point of view there's no way of knowing how much longer he can perform at this level and if the rumoured salary is right then even the most creative accounting will struggle to get £250m to add up.

Not a fan of Juve but I like Ronaldo.

To be fair, Juve's share price climbed 33% when they announced his signing.

Ron Green to Chelsea. It know it's only for cover but that club just gets weirder all the time.

How many more hours of the window are left now?

Five hours, ten minutes.

Must be serious questions getting asked of Ed Woodward at Man Utd. Fair enough the Moyes debacle could be put down to inexperience (although when you're employed in that position at Man Utd you should be able to hit the ground running) but they just seem to stumbling along with out much plan since he came in.

Word is they don't want Jose wasting anymore money on older players.

He gave in a shortlist of five centre halves and they ignored it and went for mina and Maguire.

4/1 for him to be the first manager to go. Few quid on that for me

You'd think if that was the case they should just have sacked him and moved on rather than write off another season.

Vardy signs four year deal at Leicester, about 3 years of which his main asset will be gone.

Great deal for Celtic that, covers their Champions League shortfall.

Sounds like Arsenal have finally seen though Danny Welbeck. Always baffles me that he's managed to make a career at two of the biggest clubs in the country.

Some deal for Dortmund that. Basically £58m for a 20 year old with a year left on his contract.

Solanke signed for Bournemouth.

Bit of a strange one considering they let Defoe go as he was fourth choice, I can't see Solanke being much higher in the pecking order. I'd have thought they need to sort their defence first, or maybe it's the manager that needs to sort that?

Fellaini off the China by the sound of it.
