Napoli want £105m for Koulibaly.  I remember thinking they were taking the piss quoting us £60m.

Said he signed because he believes in them, it had fuck all to do with the £25 million quid a year wages.

Fucking hell.  Thats a lot of money even if it was 2009-14 Iniesta.  Its actually obscene.

Not sure he will get much game time next year

Their mf will mostly be keita, Fabinho, Henderson

Mane Firminho Salah
Fekir Keita
Fabinho

Yup, not jealous of that at all.

Nope nor me
Reckon fekir will be used further up the pitch but still......

Gimme
Schneiderlin
Gueye Davies
Walcott Tosun bolasie

Any day of the week :(

I'd imagine they'll rotate Fekir across the front like with Coutinho.  Be a fucking nightmare to defend against all those.  At least it might make teams actually be more compact against them and actually make it harder for Salah and Mane to get behind?

Alderweireld to United looking imminent too.

Title race will hopefully be more of a race next year.

Fekir will be interesting as he offers a bit more ingenuity than their other midfielders, if that’s where they play him.

Not sure Keita and Fabinho offer more solutions to the games where they struggle (if the opposition is deep and compact).

They’ve no problems in the big games anyway.

They may do.  If the likes of City look at them and think 'Hang on a minute here' instead of just trying to play they're normal game because they look and normally see Jordan Henderson then they maybe they won't get as many points in those types of games.

Big test for Spurs and Pochettino coming up:

https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/may/31/real-madrid-mauricio-pochettino-tottenham

That'd be proper gutting if you were a Spurs fan.  The worry that he'd leave gets allayed by a 5 year deal and talk of the future, then less than a week later he's already being linked away.

Massively. Not gonna text my mate about it. Hope he's not seen it because he'll be worried and gutted.

Silver lining would be if he went, then went after De Gea and Salah.  3 of the top 6 in disarray if the dominos fell like that!
