Had a great game but Robles looked beaten before their keeper took that poor fucker.

Had to end that way I guess, we really are getting shat on from a great height this season, I just hope and pray this doesn't have an adverse effect on the players.

Superb effort from the lads. Just poor defending letting us down, again. Absolutely gutted.

A performance full of grit I didn't think we had anymore under Martinez, gutted we went out, we didn't deserve to but I have become more positive about this team under Martinez of late and this has really helped continue that.

Harsh on Joel, thought he had a fantastic game.
Hopefully this will be a turning point for the blue boys, result aside- hey, it's pens after all- thought they played superb at times.
Onwards to the league and the Europa!

Really am drained after that, well and truly pounded.

With just one penalty kick a season can be defined, hope that doesn't have the opposite effect.

Fucking gutted for Naisy and Joel, deserved to win that tie after the effort put in. Proud of the boys tonight, I'll even give Geads props for doing well until his moment of madness
