Hopefully this means Torres will go to, and it might make it more likely that Stevie G laaaa will head to Madrid.

Gutted. Maybe with him gone Gerrard and Torres may stay as the new guy coming in might give them new impetus.

Didn't Pellegrini say he's had an offer from the Premier League! could this have anything to do with it?

Hope they get Martin O'Neil. Hope they don't get Hiddink.

If the stories are true that player power is getting him the sack, what manager would take the job were the players have that much power?

Anyone know how that Facebook group is getting on to make Mourinho their manager?

I still think Gerrard might go. He's 30 and wants to win things. Not to mention the fact Madrid seem willing to pay 30m for him will give Hicks and Gillett a massive hardon.

They're too far behind now for anyone coming in to be able to turn things around quickly enough for Gerrard to win things before he has to jack in. Especially as they dont have a pot to piss in.

How do you go from failing with a huge club to geting the job at  a treble winning team. Are we sure AC Milan didn't have a hand in his appointment.
