Maccarone has been brilliant in his time at Empoli, he's an odd one for sure.

Elano

Basically every player signed by City after that first buyout.

Bojinov, Benjani, Martin Petrov, Bianchi, Caicedo etc. :snigger:

Nice mench of Roy Mackay. Didn't he end up at Bayern?

Valeron is still going strong at las Palmas.

And am i totally imagining Diego Tristan having a cheeky spell at West Ham?
Hey there mister can you tell me what happened to the seeds I've sown
Can you give me a reason sir as to why they've never grown

Mario Jardel. Scored a ridiculous amount of goals then turned up at Bolton about 10 stone overweight.

Nakata, also had a spell at Bolton.

Giovanni elber. What happened to him after Bayern?

Haha quality shouts.

Remember Nakata being in those Nike Scorpio ads with the chrome ball in the cages, along with all the world's best footballers.

Giovanni too.

Remember when at the end of Sven's season there and they lost 8-0 at Boro.

Surely the worst result in PL history.

Kompany worked out though.

Vagner Love. We seemed to be linked with him every summer in the mid 00's.

He was one of those centre forwards who looked to have it all in terms of pace, power and finishing but was obviously not as good as his highlights suggested!

Currently back in Brazil and playing well for Corinthians who convincingly won the championship there this year.

Wasn't he called Vagner love because he loved putting it about and had a sex tape?

Didn't he score 2 at the weekend, going into the crowd to chug a beer during the celebrations for his second?
