What nobody has realised is that 49.9% of Evertons shares gives him a majority shareholding on the board.
Don't forget Bill only had 26% and Earle 24% even the late Phillip Carter had 2%.
The way Everton is set up minority shareholders hold around 13% many of whom only own 1 share.
49.9% gives him an overall majority on the board who in total only have 43% between them.
Seems he wants BK with him to advise but make no bones about it he now owns Everton Football Club and what he says is the final say
