Think I'm in the minority here but I'd actually prefer Newcastle to stay up over Sunderland.

They're worth having round for comedy effect imo.  Some sort of meltdown always happens there.

Sunderland are just plain old shite.

But Newcastle could be quite good if they got things going.

Sunderland are almost never going to finish higher than 9th.

I would agree with that if Benitez wasn't Newcastle manager. Want to see the greasy cunt relegated.

Must be a wonderful feeling for their fans, knowing that a win not only guarantees your own survival, but also ensures that your closest enemies get relegated.

Sunderland are harmless enough to keep around.  And Black Cats is a cool nickname.

FUCK THE BARCODES.

I actually want us to win this one, cos I still want Norwich to stay up (not going to happen I know), and I don't really enjoy us being viewed as a laughing stock by the Sky Sports Liverpool media mafia.
Jeff: That's not the way to win.
Kathie: Is there a way to win?
Jeff: There's a way to lose more slowly.

There's a good chance that both of them would finish above us under Martinez next season then?

They're firing on all the cylinders possible but are so susceptible.

Surely we win this, surely.

Exactly what I was thinking:( She may be blonde, but she's not that much of a buffoon.
