Wouldn't be surprised if Newcastle totally implode and Rafa walks away within a couple of months
You think Lou Bega knocked it out of the park with Mambo number 1?!No but he kept at it!

Maybe this is the job were people realise what a shit manager 'Rafa' has been since leaving the shite.

Still think they'll win the Championship with Rafa in charge.
The highway's jammed with broken heroes on a last chance power drive. Everybody's out on the run tonight but there's no place left to hide. Together, Wendy, we can live with the sadness, I'll love you with all the madness in my soul.

My only input into this thread is that I hope they completely fuck it up and go down again, or at least remain there for the forseeable. I can't stand Newcastle/Geordies.

He was a shit manager there, too.

Won stuff though, annoyingly.

Tell you what, the whole Rafa managing Newcastle story could prove to be a beautiful sidenote to this PL season.

Though if they're still struggling 8-9 games into the season, I can't see him sticking it out. He'll probably resign and blame some quasi-made up internal issues to try and minimise the damage to his reputation.

They will absolutely smash it.

They've bought championship proven players which is always a good idea.

Buy enough Championship players and you end up with a Championship team.

Lost four times the last time they were in the championship.

Tonight was their fifth defeat already.

Still top though, unless Brighton win tomorrow.

There doesn't seem to be much quality in the championship this year.
