The Blue 3/4 of Liverpool

Apart from anything else there’s no chance of it being finished by 2022.

Never mind finished. The way it's going does anyone think it will be properly started by 2022!

Upon perusing the link -thanks to @macca12 -it stood out when they compared the new ground to all the others how small the footprint really is ,all the others were so much bigger at ground level it is easy to see the constraints they were working under along with maximum gradients .Hence the capacity and the hope for standing to increase it .

The stadium is in Parramatta, so it's going to be the home of the Parramatta Eels (NRL) and Western Sydney Wanderers (A-League), but no doubt it will have a few more tenants (especially NRL).

Must say, I'm pretty disappointed looking at it, it was supposed to be much better than that from the artist's impressions I saw a few years back...

Western Sydney Wanderers and Parramatta Eels, itís a fantastic stadium for Western Sydney with great views from all aspects, lots of bars and food outlets around the concourse area

I agree that itís not the most pleasing from the outside but when you get inside itís a different scenario all together. The views are spectacular, probably the best in Australia

This is why Kirkby filled me with dread.

Very rarely does a build seem as impressive as the CGIs. So the fact they had to tart the images up with spotlights (and it still looked drab) made me think we were getting a DW or something.

Why are UNESCO so arsed about this ground yet they arenít arsed about a fucking shite fair getting put on the pier head every year.

Not to mention some of the monstrosities that have been built on there in recent years.
Hey there mister can you tell me what happened to the seeds I've sown
Can you give me a reason sir as to why they've never grown

Especially when BMD is currently a literal shit hole surrounded only by industrial units and the odd boarded up boozer/cafe.

The place is an absolute dump other than the Titanic.

Always wonder if people know where theyíre staying when they stay at the titanic.

Suppose itís not far from town though
