I see that the Bramley-Moore Dock is adjacent to the water treatment facility. Is that wastewater or drinking water treatment?

I seen someone on Twitter saying the smell can be unbareable down there at times

Just get 60 and if there needs to be empty seats so be it. Reduce season ticket prices to get bums on seats if need be. I feel like with 50 you build yourself a glass ceiling. That single stand they are building at a capacity of 12-15k isn't like the yellow wall which holds 25k. It's like the kop, which holds 12.5.

Would be silly to build a stadium smaller than anfield

I think it looks amazing as far as modern stadiums go.

One slight issue. We really need to change the font of Everton on our crest. You canít be having times new Roman plastered across a masterpiece
