Would be amazing to finally get the Billionaire owner and a new stadium only to be relegated.

We're getting an Overton Window in the new stadium? Hope they are using tinted glass, be blinding otherwise.

We will still get a new stadium if we are in League One with Chris Wilder in charge?

Asking for a friend.

I don't get where all this rage has suddenly come from? Why are people getting so hung up over the capacity? Have people seriously not got anything else to worry about?

Has anyone considered that the cost of building a 60,000 stadium on the dock could be exponentially more expensive than building a 50,000 stadium?

It could be down to something as simple as logistics.

Easier said that done, we should probably expect quite a few more bumps in the road really.

Even more so when you consider all the money for potholes is going towards the stadium.

I’m pretty sure that the architect has thought through the location of the car park and match day footfall,
he is by all accounts pretty good at his job.

Stadium opening day: Dan, where are we going to put the cars? Dan? Dan?!

I thought funding had already been found... still at the might never happen stage then.

You would have to think they are confident of getting the funding in place, otherwise these workshops would be a massive waste of everyone's time.

Sounds like we are rightly exploring all avenues so we have a Plan B, C and D in place. Nothing wrong with that. We have waited long enough for a new ground, sure we can wait another year or two to get the deal right for us (and for Usmanov to sell his Arsenal shares).

That's my biggest concern. Building directly adjacent to a sewage treatment plant seems curious.

Goodison isn't too far from a neighbouring shit-pit either, I wouldn't worry.
