Doesn't seem to matter much at the moment, our hospitality was voted 2nd best in the Premier League in 2015.
"Everton’s matchday hospitality was voted second in the Premier League’s 2015 Fans Survey for corporate hospitality ."

And how much do we make money compared to others? That's what matters. How much would naming rights cost at the Waterfront versus Walton?

Cheap tickets obviously play a big part. But the new stadium should increase other income somewhat.

A moebius strip shaped stadium would be unique.

So they don't even know if it's a bowl or four separate stands yet?

Making the stadium too big makes no financial sense. It might never pay back the investment and the atmosphere might suffer.

Just a few years ago we couldn't fill GP so saying that the club would automatically fill a 60k stadium for the next 100 years is quite a bold statement.

I don't get it, will it simply be a new connecting road that cuts through Gibraltar Row?

It's not just the cost of seats but concessions, toilets, emergency procedures, and what not. More people means more need for everything.

.....................  Most games have been sold out over the past 4/5 seasons ,plus you're not taking into account that only obstructed views are available so it puts off ' casual 'supporters. When visitors don't take the Upper section ,which is a decent view , it gets sold to home fans in no time ,proving there is a demand for more capacity.
20 years prior to that the capacity has been plenty enough.
