the only thing I learned from that booklet is Keith Harris is the board member responsible for B-M Dock but they are going to appoint a Stadium Development Director under him.

To be fair he did say it without moving his lips.
There are only two things I can't stand in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures... and the Dutch.

Spurs' amazing 62,000 new stadium, with London prices for everything, cost £350-400m according to their executive director.

I know thatís what they said but Iíve never seen anything suggesting it was going to come in at that price before this.

Iíd be surprised if they havenít been selective on the start point for measuring that.

The entire development is £800m plus apparently, hotels and all that jazz, but she said the stadium itself is in that region.

Maybe she lied, who knows.

The view has sat uncomfortably with the cost of construction. It seems a long time ago that £400m was the ballpark figure. Then, it became £750m and £850m, and now, nobody would be surprised if it reached a billion.

"We are so worn down by the sheer effort of delivering it," Cullen added of the stadium, which will cost "£350-400million" Ė with the overall Northumberland Park project, including a hotel and nearly 600 new homes at closer to £850m.

That 350-400M figure isn't half bad. I am sure our will cost more though
