So

After Tuesday is there any pressure on the players and the manager to bounce back or do we just write Tuesday off?

I'm hoping the league form kicks back in and lukaku is fit again!!

Stekelenburg
Coleman Jagielka Williams Baines
Barry
Mirallas Barkley Gueye Bolaisie
Lukaku

Hoping we slay the demons of last year too and have a comfortable win

Saturday
15:00 kick off

Let's be honest we're never gonna win the League Cup anyway, ever. So I'm glad our wake-up call came in that game rather than dropping points in the league.

Baines, jags, Lukaku and Barry all back please.

Koeman said Lukaku trained on his own today, and if he's fit to train with everyone else tomorrow, he'll play. If not, we're pretty fucked.
Jeff: That's not the way to win.
Kathie: Is there a way to win?
Jeff: There's a way to lose more slowly.

Got to be Deulofeu up front if not.

I'd even think about playing Bolasie through the middle, just for his power and pace.

I'd give Barkley a go as striker myself.

Deffo think he could do a job.

Could go mad and play someone in a false 9.

Bolasie and Mirallas either side playing that inverted winger role.

          Barry
      Barkley gana

            Del
Mirallas.           Bolasie

Mirallas and Kone up front, Bolasie and Deulofeu on the wings. If, Lukaku isn't passed fit.

I think Moyes did that against West Ham.

I think he played Rodwell as a false 9.

We dominated possession but it didn't work very well in creating chances!

Just as long as he's done with the Valencia experiment.

If we want to be considered as genuine title contenders then we should be beating the likes of Bournemouth quite comfortably

:)
