Looking forward to this kick off time.

Be a pain if you've got a long way to travel of course.

I think we will set up in a 4213.

there's a few important decisions to be made.

Coleman or Holgate at RB?

If Baines isn't fit then who at LB?

If Barkley is dropped then who plays there? Deulofeu was also poor last match.

Lennon or Mirallas?

I think the only certainties in this game are Stek, Jags, Williams, Barry, Gueuye and Lukaku. There's an argument that Bolasie might deserve to keep his place too (and we don't really have the depth to drop him).
Could also see the likes of Cleverly, Walsh or Davies get a look in.

It's weird how just over a week ago it was pretty easy to guess our full starting 11, but after 2 losses it's a lot more difficult.

I also think Cleverley could do well in the team.  He doesn't have to be a number 10 though.  Cleverly, Barry and Gueye can all play a pass, and a 4-3-3 might defend better against their usual emphasis on wing play.  I'm not keen on Lennon but Mirallas has been awful so may as well give him a try I suppose.

4-3-3 with Cleverley in for Barkley is a must imo.

Big test for Koeman to see if he reacts to the blatant problems in the team, or if he tries sticking with it and let's the problems grow.

I've just read baines is out for the game.

It's not a must win but it's a 'must not lose'

A defeat coupled with the likely defeat at city next would be 4 defeats on the bounce. And that is shit

We need to at least get a point
Ahh.....Boucheenie i presume

Stekelenburg
Holgate Jagielka Williams
Coleman Gana Barry Barkley Oviedo
Bolasie Lukaku

Come at me.

People are categorically saying Barkley shouldn't play but if Oviedo replicates the performance he put in at the weekend then he's going to get destroyed.

Id rather have the big Argentine in at Leftback than Oviedo.

And I'd still leave Cleverley on the bench.

Do we really need 5 defenders and 2 DMs in the field at the start against palace?

Suddenly the decision to loan out Galloway for a full season doesn't look so great. It might be good for his development in the long term but short term he'd be playing for us at the minute.

Palace play with a front three. Us playing a back three against that would be suicide. Just ask Pep Guardiola.

Yeah we saw vs West Brom that if a team is prepared to have players out wide it's too easy to get in behind the wing backs.
