Bench looks like this: Mucha, Hibbert, Bilyaletdinov, Rodwell, Osman, Anichebe, Beckford.

No Yak.

If Saha scores today I'll streak at the Spurs game.

is everyone forgetting that the last time saha played he was very good? (vs man city)

He came on as a sub with 10 minutes to go.. and hardly set the world alight.

what he did do was hold the ball up very very well and take pressure of the defence

For 10 whole minutes.... Whilst Citeh threw everyone forward looking for an equaliser.

and most of the time saha was up againest toure and kompany and still did it

i though it was a slap in the face to him that after his best performance of the season cahill starts ahead of him and then yak comes off the bench before him

Christ. You really don't get it do you?

10 minutes doesn't constitute a performance.

If someone comes on and scores 2 goals to turn a game on its head in 10 minutes does it still not count? You can say it's not any indication of how he'd play over 90 minutes but it's unfair to dismiss it altogether because it was a decent cameo.

I'm talking about the case in point.

He came on for 10 minutes and held the ball up relatively well, but being that city were throwing everyone forward he was hardly under massive pressure to do so.

He did what was required and expected, that's all.

It was a kopite who tweeted it initially and everyone jumped on it.

He then came back saying "Sorry for that incomplete tweet I actually meant to say.. Moyes has resigned himself to a bad day."

ILB in believing gossip & hearsay shocker.
