Dr. Sponge

Pickford
Martina Keane Jags Baines
Schneiderlin Gueye
Davies
Rooney Sigurdson
DCL

I'd love that team to start, nice balance, good amount of quality.

Vlasic looks a player too, decent unknown quantity to bring on and surprise Spurs.

Edit: oh yeah... win 1-0

                Pickford

Holgate Keane Williams Baines

Lennon Gana Schneiderlin Sigurdsson

                  Rooney
              Calvert-Lewin

Almost certainly not gonna be this side but I would go with something like this. I worry Sandro could be a bit of a passenger for this with us probably being second best in terms of possession and him not quite being upto speed with the league yet. I thought Lennon looked alright against Chelsea and would be fired up against his former club

DCL seems essential now
You think Lou Bega knocked it out of the park with Mambo number 1?!No but he kept at it!

team i want us to play

                       Pickford
             Jagielka      Keane
Kenny                                 Baines
           Gana Gueye Schneiderlin
                        Siggy
        Lookman            Rooney
                         DCL

Believe me - Koeman will 100% start with this formation if a new rule comes out between now and then which allows us to field o0ne more player than the opposition!

Well it just seems like Gana Gueye is 2 players but he is only 1!

We'll win 2-0.

Sandro and DCL.

                           Pickford
          Holgate Keane Williams Baines
                     Gana Schneiderlin
                         Sigurdsson
                   Sandro DCL Rooney

This is the team I would also go with, solid at the back with two of the best covering in front of them, Siggy playing the 10 with Rooney and Sandro darting in behind and our newly found/only target man who is gaining vast experience and living up to Koemans praise and hype

Quite fancy this (although I'd have Jags over Williams).

Everyone worrying about Spurs and how far we are behind - at least a line up like this would make them worry about us.

Attack is the best form of defence and all that...

Yeah, I would prefer Jags, but I think Koeman will give Williams the nod IF he only goes with two CB's.

Good to see you going Full Re-Todd earlier, bro 😃

They've got ex-Everton in Dier so we've got to play Siggy and Lennon just so the narrative is on our side.

I wouldn't worry about numbers @Toddacelli Bradley's Blues played with 12 with Lowrey's Legends having 14 on the pitch.
