BBC Merseyside do, but can't broadcast them online so you have to able to pick it up locally.

Download the Reddit app on your blower and search for soccerstreams, there were loads on there yesterday, really good quality as well.

All radio coverage of yesterday's game got blocked by halftime due to violations of anti-obscenity laws.
Everton forever.

Not sure if they'd work in the uk but 2 Irish stations do live coverage at the weekends. (I know you said local) Today fm does a 3pm Saturday game, sometimes the 12.45 one if its a big game. Newstalk does 2 games on Sunday's. They both have apps

Tonights game against Chelsea is the lead commentary on BBC Radio 5. Anybody should be able to pick that up on the internet (including overseas) if they cannot get a (visual) stream.

Don't know about home games as I'm there but the away games  we can't get to have always been live on the club website.
You might have to register but I think it's free.
The Himalayas has the Yeti, Norway has Trolls, America has Hillbillies. You, good people, are blessed with Shropshire.

Sometimes those apps might not play during matches if there's broadcasting rights issues. Happens to me sometimes trying to listen to a game on uk radio stations
