At  least he refers to 'us' and has some understanding of what the club is and stands for... but as they say "He would say that wouldn't he?" Shame Koeman didn't but we move on.. The RS are busy making up songs for Sammy Lee as we speak

The one big difference with Allardyce is his communications with fans. I feel I know more about how he will do things than Koeman ever did. Even the issue with Barkley in that he can't say how it will go and if the board say sell or get nothing he's ok with that. He seems to know how this club should be managed with our fan base and I like that.

We just need Sam to get us safe then we should pay him off before the pre season starts. The problem we have is who would replace him and who would want to come?

His latest comments about having to rotate the squad over Christmas shows he's a bluff merchant. Team fails, not his fault because he was forced to change the team.  Team wins, he claims the credit. Look at the teams above us Sam.. they played the same amount of games, if not more and kept the same sides barring injury etc... Billy bullshitter just like Martinez and Koeman. At least Unsy acknowledged his weakness and failures. Get safe and get shut

So he's basically washing his hands of responsibility. Yes, he can't make the players pass to each other but he could do something about it.... He's on an easy ride. If he goes he's been well paid. God forbid, if he stays he asks for a rise.

What do you think the chances of him being sacked if we lose Saturday? I'd like to think quite high but this is Everton.

Its possibly one of the reason why theres free bus travel to the burnley game

More like guilt and shame for what they put them through.

Utter contempt. We were never gonna go down so he's done us no favours. Get shut asap.

Allardyce rode the new manager bounce but the facts are now evident that he's no good. He can bluff and blagg his way but time catches up with him. That time is now. We're not going down so put Unsy or Dunc in til the end of the season. Go all out for Fonseca or Nagelsmann and clear out the dead wood ie Williams, Shit house, Martina. Tell Rooney it's centre mid or nothing. Make Sig the number 10 he should be. Give Klassen a good run in pre season to make it break him. Get lookman back and Doyle to boost the squad.
Most of all have more realistic expectations... it's gonna take 2 seasons to put us back together... minimum
