This game should be about possession for us. Get Rooney and Gana in the middle of the park again, and dominate the middle. Perhaps something like this:

               Pickford
Kenny Williams Holgate Martina
Davies   Gana Rooney    Lennon
                   Siggy
                    DCL

Should be some nice link up play in that team, with good defensive attributes. Martina is the only true worry for me - he is way out of his depth, but i don't see any alternative other than bringing in another youth player.

They are a team in freefall. Everton in the ascendancy. Id be ok with a point away, but a win would not surprise me.

Fuck a draw off, anything but a win is shit, these are absolute shite and will be in the bottom 3 pretty soon.

What about
             Pickford
Kenny Holgate Keane Williams
 Davies Gana Rooney Siggy
 Oumar DHL

Before you slag me off I think they will carry the ball forward better.

Thanks for posting that, it was an interesting listen.

I wasn't a fan of Sam's appointment but I do like his banner in interviews, honest and direct suits our club.
