We could have won that with the Keane header and even when DCL could have squared it, Chelsea had all the possession but created fuck all really. Good point.

I know it isn't the fancy football that people on here want to see, but this backs to the wall/heart on the sleeve stuff presses my buttons for some reason.

Must be growing up through the relegation fighting days

Good point, certainly one more than we'd have got a few weeks ago.

Thought DCL played really well, we were crying out for Bolasie in the last 15 minutes as an outlet but we'd used all our subs.

This is the kind of philosophy I think we need - we changed our 2 CBs and still looked solid. They're obviously all buying in to the game plan and the turnaround has been amazing.

Donít want to see us approach a home match like that ever again.

He can get away with at this point of his reign but post-January, these performances have to be a thing of the past.

Made up for him, and the rest, tbh. Supposed fans of ours, some friends of mine, calling him dogshit amongst others. Unwarranted really.

We signed him for a reason and heís back showing why. Thereís a fair few doing the same that were shot to shit two months ago.

It's worth noting, and I say this because it seems to be completely ignored.

Coleman, baines, rooney, Barkley, bolasie and gueye for half of the game. Half of our team out injured and all of them are our creative output

Yeah, would have been much better to go at them and get trounced 4-0

Wasnít pretty at all, but we donít have the firepower up top to be going toe to toe with the likes of these.

Sam was a bit hamstrung (excuse the pun) when Gana went off injured tbf.

There was no need to bring Sandro on at HT, mind.

It's absolutely amazing how defensively solid we've become in a short space of time with all 4 of our central defenders - Holgate, Jags, Williams and Keane - looking like they will thrive under this new system.

The next step now is to see if we can start playing some football.
