Has there been an update since the scan ? Where is the word worn coming from ? Surely early stages of wear would have been picked up during his medical less than six months ago? You don’t buy a cat in a sack for £45 million, do you ?

We buy players off YouTube videos and refer to phony awards. We have form in ineptitude.

I doubt an MRI would be part of a medical. Which is what you’d need to do to see if ligaments were worn but not damaged.

Just read on a BBC article that MRI can be part of a pre signing medical, would have thought for that money he would have had one on his knees, maybe he did ? the only person using the word “worn” is his brother in Iceland, shades of Lukaku Dad here  :)

The one at finch farm is probably used for medicals as well as soft tissue injury updates

What’s the point of the MRI scanner being at USM Finch Farm when it should be at the side of the pitch at Goodison??
