Undecided personally, but always wary of signing a player that just wants to come to the league, as if he's not arsed who he plays for as long as he gets the wedge. Also, his club actively seeking a transfer for him isn't a glowing endorsement.

Mbia style.

Always thought he looked quite ponderous and leggy, certainly not the high energy midfielder we probably need. Expected his career to kick on and his game to improve but hes been stuck in an average league too long.

Swerve.

Yeah I'm not up for this.

Always looked like a plodder to me, he is too slow for this league.

He looks like he would be boring to talk too as well, like he would ponder all his answers.

Plodder he may be, but he'd still be one of our quickest players

It's a job for a footballer and how many of us consider more than 'will I be better off (financially and/or job satisfaction) when we go for a job?
Ambition from where he is includes the PL and as regards the money I suppose we won't know that. If someone is employing us there is a duty to give that employer some loyalty. It's a give and take scenario.
The Himalayas has the Yeti, Norway has Trolls, America has Hillbillies. You, good people, are blessed with Shropshire.

I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.

Is this the correct man... not to sure I am. But maybe he's hungry and wants to prove him self for the football world... If we get rid off Schn. Besic, Klas. there could be room for him.

Toffees in talks over Sporting Lisbon star William Carvalho

If so, our "talks" normally take about 3 months, so lets see if its any quicker with our new appointments! (if true).

Utterly uninspiring signing if true. Unless someone is fitting him with a stronger battery to enable him to be more mobile.

Although if his job is to simply sit, tackle and screen then it might work, as long as we bin off Schneiderlin who neither tackles nor screens but gets overpaid to fail at both.

Yes, we're being condescending. Yes, that means we're talking down to you.
