We could probably muddle by with what we have going forwards now if Bernard signs. Wouldn't be spending too much time on that when there are more pressing areas.

One of the best and most encouraging things for me so far in this window was that when Sky's favourite team came a sniffing around Pickford, and everyone just assumed  he would be off to them, cos you know, its Chelsea, innit, and we are just Everton, innit....what I love is that when this happened, it was never allowed to materialise into a thing. It was shot down, this will not happen and we stood up, gave em 2 fingers and they toddled off after his understudy from Stoke  :)
I'd say the fume from SB and Bskyb was palpable

You feel someone has to be in the door tomorrow if we are to sign more than the one. Can't see 2 major signings both happening by 5pm on deadline day.

Berny will be tomorrow, god we need a CB in fast though. Think we could still get 3 in from now including a number 6

I used to stick the ball in the net and bow three times to the Kop. They never liked me doing that. - Dixie Dean

Would be concerned if we go into the season with Tosun and Niasse as recognised strikers.

Dont particularly buy the Walcott / Lookman up top stuff.

Maybe richarlison, based on his frame.

Yeah nobody wins the PL with long balls to two pacy strikers....

Seemingly hes a Mexican CB who is a free agent having left Porto this summer (spent 2 of last 3 seasons on loan in Spain).
