Irrespective of opposition I thought he played very well last night. Put himself about, worked hard, tracked back, put some great balls in the box, got an assist and... that driven cross-field ball to Kenny in the first half, ooft. He's not a striker, but he's definitely a good option to have around the place if we're not shipping him out. Easy to forget that he's still very young, maybe the pressure was all a bit much last season?

Whilst he did look good, there were lots of poor decisions and mistakes that would have been thoroughly punished at a higher level.
Any team that breaks with speed would have fucking loved to have played against him last night.

Squad size means that needs-must though. As cover for Walcott it will have to do.

Ideally he'll be gone and Lookman will stay and told to get on with it.

Wish Lookman had Sandro's attitude to be honest.

It's like when we got The Strac and Rolls Royston. If we could have combined some of the elements from both of those players into one....

......

We'd have had a shit player with a bad attitude!

I'm only here for the cladding/Bramley Moore Dock updates

Bloody hell we have given more loans than Wonga this summer.

Who's left of last seasons summer dealings, Pickford, Siggurdsson and Keane?

Ripping clubs off more than Wonga as well in some cases, particulary Stoke.
