Everton launch campaign to build mental health centre near Goodison Park

Everton Football Club and its official charity, Everton in the Community, has launched a new mental health focused campaign to raise funds to build a¬ permanent¬ facility ‚Äď called¬ "The People's Place'¬ - in the shadows of Goodison Park.¬ ¬

Saw a Red mate of mine post this on Facebook saying that as much as he enjoys Liverpool on the pitch, Everton are doing so much more off the pitch and he wishes Liverpool would take note

Seriously though, this club never ceases to amaze me with its community actions, pity it doesnít get more coverage in order to encourage other clubs to do more.
