Clearly we now have a plan with manager, DoF and board all on the same page. All done without splashing silly money either. Good times.

It was vital to get Zouma in.

Him and Mina compared to Jags & Keane should be night and day.  And totally superior to Williams and Mori.

Just need Holgate fit and we have a decent set of CB's. :)
Re joined full training today
Simply simply lovely

Hope Silvas transfer start will turn out better for us than Howards did.... Big Nev was magnificent but the rest... Silvas looks to be an upgrade in every department and the upgrade on number 5 is something.

Hope Marco equals Howard's third, fourth, (fifth) and sixth seasons!

Hugely happy with Zouma. Imo one of the best CBs in the league.

That's a hell of a defence for a few weeks time. Pace, power, height and confidence on the ball. Looks solid and all the back four pose a threat at the other end either in open play or set pieces. No-one will want to give us silly free kicks out wide or even offer up cheap corners. Puts defenders under a lot of extra pressure.

I think itís probably a 10 out of 10 window. If youíd had said the names in May none of would have thought most were even possible

If the regime that was in charge in May was still around we'd have probably witnessed:
- Yaya Toure signing
- Everton spend 6 weeks trying to sign Jamie Vardy and offering Leicester £35m before he snubs us and signs his contract extension
- Everton trying to sign Phil Jones of Man Utd and end up with Mangala back on loan.
- Wayne Rooney signing a 3 year extension
- Ademola Lookman and Kieran Dowell being sold in June.
- Everton signing a 29 year old defensive midfielder from a bottom 5 PL team.

We've come a long way in just over 2 months.

This is all a bit ridiculous

The last lot signed Walcott and Tosan and it appears didnít want rooney for a start

Very true, some credit must go to the previous regime for that. I just hope they can really show their true level under the new boss.
Everton, ruining the transfer market since summer 2018
