We've been pretty much crap when he's been injured. I'm sure someone will have the stats on that. :)
Steinbeck's maxim: “Socialism never took root in America because the poor see themselves not as an exploited proletariat but as temporarily embarrassed millionaires.”.

Not doing enough often enough for me.
I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.

I think his passing is very average but his ability to hold on to the ball is something else.

Just think he's missing that burst of pace.

Very fragile player, even in 90 minites you can see the cloud descend or lift.

Think his pace running with the ball is fine. As in not much different to when he doesn’t have it.

Would say defensively pace is an issue.

You say that but he gets the ball nicked off him in daft areas worse than anyone in the side.

He likes to take 5 touches when 1 will do because he's confident in his upper body strength and quick feet, but it's not always the right thing to do.

Yeah, he does do that at times but I don't think he gives it away that much in those moments, personally.

I mean there's not really much to analyse, you know what you're going to get from him and it's probably not going to change.

I like what Gomes brings to us but I get it that some will think he doesn't do enough and are fed up. I feel that way about Keane, Coleman and Delph.

I would like to register that I too have those feelings about those fellas.
