Even if we didn't get him, which I agree is probably unlikely at the moment, it's massively reassuring to see the profile and quality of players that Brands is targeting.

That puts my mind completely at ease that whoever we do bring in will be of genuine quality, with his best years ahead of him, and will be a marked step up on what we already have.

If brands gives us a richarlison and a Yerry Mina every summer, while handling exits well - weíve got a genuine chance of achieving something important inside the next 3 seasons or so imo.
