4231 in 99% of are games

a few years ago I read about going down the DF path at Everton would make it easy for new manager and training staff to fit in at the club

are we handy capping the mangers with making are team play this dated flash in the pan set up

looking back at the managers games and setups at all the clubs he has be at 4231 is only around 25%(before Everton) of his starting set up 433 is around 45%

We employed the manager before the DoF if I remember correctly. Everton that!
Something clever written by someone else.

To be honest it looks more like the players are handicapped...

We’re playing 4-2-4 if anything.

I do think we’ll surely eventually be 4-3-3 so OP isn’t wrong really.

Point isn’t the dof or the manager though, it’s the squad available.
I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.

are we sure about that

going back about 3/4 years ago when we 1st went for a dof they did say that 1 point of it was to be able to keep the same set up just staff change (I took it with a pinch of salt back then ) but now watching the last 3 managers and temp one having to play it I am really starting to worry about it

doing the same crap over and over again and hoping for something different is madness

look back even at some of are wins this season we might have started the games playing 4231 but in most of them we ended up needing to play something different 442 433 3421

we started the last 2 games before this one playing 3421 and it worked in the 1st game but then in the 2nd game it was pointless playing it if your going to play an out and out DM player and not have a striker up top

I’m gonna go out on a limb and say I reckon the DoF doesn’t interfere with the match tactics.

If his previous username is anything to go by he'll be telling us we should have kept Allardyce.
