Everton left back Leighton Baines says he is pleased that the Blues made it through to the draw for the Fourth Round of the FA Cup by beating Lincoln yesterday but admits that his side could have won more comfortably.

'Could of ' doesn't win games. If we could of, why didn't we, that's what needs rectifying. We need to start taking more of the chances we do get. On another day, that may well have gone quite badly wrong if Lincoln had taken their chances.

I think Baines had a great game. Considering he's hardly played since Lucas Digne signed, he was pretty sharp. It's a shame our current and most consistent player is keeping him out. I think he will leave in the summer, as he won't replace Digne whilst his high levels of performance are being maintained.
