Pretty pointless keeping him if we do that, force a player to stay, then don't play him much as we want to see what it's like when he goes!? Assuming Silva wanted him to stay as he sees him being an integral part, id be surprised if PSG come back in for him. He was appealing as he could play CL when lots of others couldn't, they will have lots of better options in the summer.

In my opinion a mistake not letting him go... good money for a 29 year old player. Will not be better than he is at the moment.
