Holy fuck, i am sure there are better options than another walking wounded keeping the physio in employment.
I'm the "trophy husband" from the game my wife regrets playing.

You only really need to look at Wiltshire this season, a leopard doesn't change his spots that much and he has been far too injury probe to even take a punt even on a free. If he'd played 30+ games the last few seasons then it's a different matter, but he hasn't.

...............Wilshere has made the grand total of 7 appearances for WHU on a 3 year deal . Another crock to keep Carroll company in the treatment room.
We are special ,we are Everton.

Didn't know Steve Walsh was on this forum

Before even beginning to look at his awful injury record, he'd ask for big wages and he's now in his late 20s I think?

Marcel Brands has said only signing players under 25/26, so older players on big wages (which were already struggling to get rid of) are a big no no!

Buy players with big potential with a sell on value, that's how to improve our squad and continue to pay the big fees and wages. - it's basically what Liverpool and Spurs have done

Please no!!

Everton are favourites to sign Arsenalstriker Danny Welbeck on a free transfer this summer.

The 28-year-old is back in full training after undergoing surgery on his right ankle in November, scoring a hat-trick in a behind-closed-doors match last week as the Gunners step up their preparations for next Wednesday’s Europa League Final against Chelsea.

Welbeck would prefer to stay in England and several Premier League clubs have expressed an interest, including West Ham, Newcastle, Crystal Palace and Wolves.

But Standard Sport understands Everton are currently in pole position, with Welbeck keen on moving to a club with Champions League ambitions.

https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/arsenal/everton-in-pole-position-to-sign-arsenal-striker-danny-welbeck-on-free-transfer-a4150601.html

Full article there.

Even says we’d be willing to increase his 100k salary.

Load of nonsense.

Just lazy links.

If that happens I'm not watching the footy next year.
I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.
