The Sun suggests that Betis could sell the player after securing his permanent option from PSG.

Everton and Tottenham Hotspur are both keen. The report claims Betis would look for double the fee they paid for him, valuing the 23-year-old at 43 million.

El Desmarque in Spain have also suggested Everton are interested. They also mention Barcelona as interested whilst noting he has a 100 million (85.5 million) release clause in his new Betis contract.

This sort of loan with a clause to buy then flip for more is an increasingly popular tactic I think.
