Personally I choose to believe it.

Shit.

Is this where we've been going wrong all this time? We've been thinking with player links "We'll believe it when we see it." when really the universe is trying to tell us "No - you'll see it when you believe it!"

This is why the most deluded fans seem to get those signings and we're like "How did they go there instead of to us?"

We need to choose to believe. @brap2 has shown us the way...

I'm only here for the cladding/Bramley Moore Dock updates

If this lad is a real talent, then it makes sense to take a march on other clubs and get in there first. But he wont be in the first team squad and Brands has talked previously about not wanting to buy players too early in their careers so they just stagnate in the reserves. Youd also have to think that if this lad was able to contribute something to our squad, hed already be playing regular football in Argentina. If hes not ready for that league, hell be miles off ready for ours.

Followed by

"Sosa was one of the players Everton looked at but a move for the player is not currently on the cards"

Ground breaking journalism from the Echo again.

Id still be surprised if we get this lad. He fits the profile were after but hes too inexperienced and wont play. Hed be behind Davies (who barely gets much game time) and Brands has said hes not going to stockpile young players that cant get game time.

Not into this at all, it's a lot of money for someone who has only played a dozen first team games

Be doubtful we could get him a work permit.

Why does the British government seem to make this so difficult? Ive never heard of an athlete denied a work visa for a pro sport here in the US, despite how this country is toward immigrants.

Dead against it due to Brands miserable transfer record to date.
