Chelsea would be mad to let him go now that Rudiger injured and out until December.

Maybe they have decent young CB from thier human trafficking ring, sorry I mean youth teams.

Exeter City boy Ampadu may be ready for the full step up. Also Hector, Miazga and Kalas who all played on loan in the Championship last season as well...

I can't see it happening, but there is a very slim chance. It also greatly depends on Zouma himself, probably the main factor in this.

Hed want the move.

Hes got himself back in the France squad off the back of this loan.

Go sit on the bench for Chelsea again and his career goes backwards again.
Hey there mister can you tell me what happened to the seeds I've sown
Can you give me a reason sir as to why they've never grown

Don't mean to piss on your chips here, but I can't see this happening at all, he's far to valuable to Chelsea now

I get that, but they're fucked now aren't they so he will get plenty of minutes. Just hope that he asks to leave, that will probably be the only way we'll get him

dunno if you mean that as a positive or a negative

were weaker without him, that defence only conceded 23 from open play, kept 8 out of 10 clean sheets in the final games and not conceded at home since feb, it's well worth keeping that defence together

The fact that weve opened talks suggests they are prepared to let him go Id have thought. It may take a bit of a wedge but.......

Reading a lot of the stuff on Chelsea forums they all reckon that he has now proven himself in the Premier League after two seasons on loan to championship clubs and that he has blossomed at Everton and was one of our stand out performers last season, not sure he would be their first choice CB but a strong second and with the amount of games they will be playing I dont think he will be warming the bench all season. Am sure if it were up to him he would prefer to stay with us but Chelsea would be mad to let him go given their transfer ban and Rudiger injury.
