You could always walk it off ;)

It'd take me a while!
I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.

Those tops do not look good if you're carrying a bit of timber.
Must have been the final nail in Jags last season here

Been thinking about getting a pure scally quarter zip top like that but I know I'd just look like a big walking belly.

Youíre not bigger than me surely%?

Got a Calvin Klein one for £30 and it fits decent.

But I see other lads in it and realise I look a bit of a show in it with my dad bod.
Hey there mister can you tell me what happened to the seeds I've sown
Can you give me a reason sir as to why they've never grown

Don't think so as I think you're a bit of a unit aren't you? In a good way like!

6 foot and about 14 stone*, as ram says its more of a dad bod than anything else, but I carry all my weight on my midsection.

15 even ffs*

I have a bit more midriff spread than in my youth too. An excess of beers pre fatherhood. I do find the bigger sizes donít go over my chest, shoulders and arms though. I like baggy fit but with a 50 inch chest itís impossible to get that in a football shirt

I like to think of my belly as a receipt for all the beers Iíve bought over the years.

A significant portion of my belly has gone now but I still have a 50" + chest so I still look a little odd in certain things, deffo still to big fo footy tops though.

I go running 3 nights a week to try and shift some of my excess blubber, having a chippy after doesn't really help
