I've lost count of the number of times it's been pointed out that Iwobi was £28m. That may not change your opinion/point one bit, but be accurate.

If you read back a bit youíll notice post the amount the ram did !!

So be accurate......

Youíve missed the point completely.....the point being stats arenít always the be all and end all of everything......

The point is they were the be all and end all of current performance. We arenít talking about predicting the future. We are talking about players and teams who have good stats have good results

Ive lost count of the times its been pointed out the fee was undisclosed but reports suggest it ranges from 28 million to 40 million, not sure its categorically been confirmed what we paid?

Either way, based on market value we got seen off, just debatable by how much

Right, TM counts "future fees." It was 28m now, and another possible 7-10m based on achievements. None of which are going to be achieved any time soon, so...

Not being argumentative as I dont know, but is that the actual fee or what they believe it to be?

Can't say for 100% sure either, but TM is pretty trustworthy so I'd heavily lean toward actual. Usually future fees are based on after # games played, after # goals scored, after Everton achieves X, Y, or Z (like qualifying for Europa), etc.

I thought it was 28 rising to 35 based on achievements. No idea what those achievements would be.

Gomes and his potential ey. 27 next month lads.

Wasn't playing regular first team football and has had a massive injury this season - he does have potential to be better next year if we have a proper, uninterrupted season. But I do see what you're saying.

And I've lost count of the times we've had the 'Stat Vs Eye' debate - can someone run the figures on that one for me again please........?

That's exactly what I said lol.

I can almost guarantee they're # of games played + team achievements. And I know this from my many hours playing Football Manager. ;D

Colemanís intensity has been even greater than usual, today.

Be arsed with these scoring late against us again.
