I actually got what you mean. I think his leadership is by example but i also think he'd be compassionate off the field. He gets respect without the John Terry/Roy Kean antics (saying that they've won shit loads)

I think what Lloris did highlighted what I was trying to say is lacking with us, one of their hardest working players getting called out for not trying, where is our Captain holding our midfield to account for what was an embarrassing display?
