A hypothetical question:

Would probably lose all interest to be honest.

I wouldnt follow football. Id just follow my rugby side. Maybe still look out for Wycombe Wanderers and go to the odd Cardiff City match but think that would be it for me really.

Probably just watch champions league and the big league games like the el clasico.

Would take way more of an interest in my local mls club as well. The Whitecaps.

Wow, what a grim thought.

My first reaction is Id be thoroughly gutted, but at least my stress levels would reduce.

However, Id just support whoever were playing Liverpool, so Id still have my black cloud following me!

Everton would come back in another guise in many leagues below, and I would support them.

Marine. Local to me and far removed from the stresses of watching a team whose potential is fading in comparison to what I still remember as lesser clubs.

To be honest it we wouldn't necessarily need to do a Bury, this is my contingency plan for when the CL finally becomes a closed shop.

I would probably enjoy professional football as much as I do coaching if EFC went bust, seems a perverse thing to say but when EFC have a bad day football is write off. But on the plus side when we do well it is a great buzz.

I don't enjoy it as much as I used to.

I'd probably take an interest towards the club(s) that contained an Aussie or two. So right now it'd be Brighton.

Don't think I'd actually ever 'support' another EPL side though.

The closest emotional connection would be my local team, Adelaide United.
