Should get more minutes. He's the second best footballing brain we have in the middle of the park (now that Delph is on board).

Unfortunately, Silva has consistently preferred the safe lads who shuffle it out wide without a thought passing through their heads.

Id love to see him and Delph play together. Having Delph here will also help Tom see what he needs to do to progress as a footballer and progress into a proper reliable cm. Then again, Gueye was here and hes not forced himself into Silvas plans. 🤷‍♂️

I think Iwobi can be added to those two as players we now have who can be progressive through the middle.

Hopefully the three of them can learn off each other in training and show Marco that there is another way of playing.
